Kurotsuki Novel

Kurotsuki Novel

CLEARLY NOBODY EVER READ MY POST

like the title have said nobody ever reading my post huh?

I have clearly saying in this post http://kurotsuki-novel.blogspot.com/2015/03/just-some-info.html

that "because NTR and plagiarism is popular nowadays so if I finds someone translating my project without contacting me or copying my translation and then posting it in another blog/site/forum and said or implied that that person is the one that translated it I'll........... not sharing my translation to you, my reader, anymore."

but here you my reader said I'm deleting my post about monmusu ecchi is because I'm throwing a tantrum?

STFU! besides why are you angry at me deleting MY OWN TRANSLATION? I'm FREE to do whatever I want with MY TRANSLATION, you only reading it for FREE without contributing in ANYTHING (except you Kensei, obviously, and I'm talking about monmusu ecchi here) so just take it with a pinch of salt and just moving on.....

Sinisterly, Your Hateful Slime

Wow, why is this site even indexed on aho-updates. Wasted my time reading this self-important post, I look at your release history and you beg for donations while releasing one chapter every 3 months or something. What??? Haven't read anything here yet, but hopefully if it's any good more people take over and release even once a month LOL.

I think I figured it.
Through the whole post-rant I couldn't help but keep glancing at the donation picture.
It's hard to focus!

Good for you. You stated an objective and made your stand. I'm impressed. But guess what, it's the interwebs. People commit digital piracy all the time. At least this time you aren't losing millions on it.

I don't read this series at all so I'm commenting with an unbiased view. It's your write to do whatever you want with your translation, the readers understand that. However, punishing 99% of the readers just because 1 person decides to see if they can profit off of you is clearly disproportionate retribution. The readers can't stop that person from doing anything. They have no power to stop the NTR person. Just my 2 cent.

why do leachers have to be ungrateful for the work a translator has already done, and those donations were for light novels.

Like the guy above I also came here from ahoupdates and this just seems childish. Honestly this is the internet and you have no right to the novel in the first place, after not translating for 4 months or whatever you feel that people won't assume you aren't active because half a year is the limit? Well 4 months is a long time and obviously people want to keep reading the story, luckily the guy at Nohohon Translations will translate chapter 1-4 for the readers then carry on from 10 so it's not much of a loss. It's a bit sad that you expect people to have read your post that is from a while back and think that automatically no one will translate a project you are "working" on. To punish the vast majority of people for one person's actions is just stupid and petty, anyway go to Nohohon Translations if you guys want the rest since he didn't say who was translating it anyway.

Ignore the trolls, you're angry for the right reason.

1) If the guy is just republishing without attribution then he really should attribute and you should be rightfully angry. It depends on the site. Depends on the format. Is it an online reader? Or a blog?
2) If the guy is republishing and intentionally attributing the work to his Own name, then he is an utter ass and the people will throw him out of the community and call him out everytime they see him (where possible)(and only genuine fans would do this).

The people who are your genuine fans know that you are the first translator. So I'm just wondering is it not enough to just 'know' that your readers will back you as the original translator (where possible) and call out the guy who's plagiarizing? Again it really really depends on the site. Who is the guy doing the plagiarizing, and where's he doing it?

And also ignore Brian. digital piracy, or re-publishing, is definitely not the same as misattribution.

Erk. right, posts. Well, the next time you release something, the same people who said you were throwing a tantrum would come back here with their tails wagging and thanking for the translation, and then go to the other guy's site and badmouth you some more. Cest la vie~

Piracy is the act of taking something that does not belong to you. Digital Piracy is the act of taking digital material that does not belong to you. How is it not the same? Whether he attributes it or not, he's still taking it without consent, hence piracy.

It was linked to this blog, not copied, and full credit was given. I don't think he had any ill intentions.

I mean yes we should be grateful towards translators, but that doesn't give them a blank cheque to act however they want without anyone calling them out on it. It is like saying just because a guy donated to a charity, he should be able to do whatever he wants at that charity. Or if a guy sponsored an African child he should be able to do whatever he wants with that child because the charity and child should just be grateful. In this case the translator is punishing all fans because one guy whom the fans have no control over did something bad. So yes it feels like the guy is throwing a tantrum and deserves to be called out for it.

Ok looking your post back, ( i might be wrong)

your project is too spread and progress tool slow. (Too greedy)
asking donation ( your previlage but without enough result that just invite risk)
expecting a great community from internet
(What a delusional guy)
acting like hiiro ( KNW protag) without enough result. (Hahaha never thought that someone actually bully you)

Let see how will you prevail this crisis. Are you going to give up or... i still thinks your situation better then lecher like me.

Hahaha i cant imagine if this is happen to the guy who already translate many stuff and has a good reputation. Anyway damage isnt too big since indra-sama prefer to angry rather then be a more productive. Like me, i can not hold my selfishness to read rather then learning jap. I hope that Mr Indra know that there still a reader that care and he can make a correct decision to avoid regret amen

I'm sorry to hear that. :( Thank you for your hard work translating for us! There will always be people who speak before considering what they say, but I'm sure most of us appreciate the efforts the translators put in to give the readers their dose of chapters. ><

Yes, you are free to do what you want with your translations. And others are free to pick the same translations as you. And readers are free to not donate to someone they feel is too slow to deserve it. It's all about freedom, so do what you want. No one can stop you, and no one can stop readers from going to some other translator either.

The guy isn't stealing his work or anything, he started translating the series from where the translation seemingly stopped which is about chapter 4-5. The other blog is also using MATL to get the job done so he isn't stealing or plagiarizing anybody's work and because he didn't ask for permissions this guy got pissy and took down his TL.
